1. Services Offered

• Our nail extension services include gel extensions, acrylics, and other enhancements.
• Clients can request additional services such as nail art or removal.

2. Appointment Booking

• Appointments can be scheduled through the Facebook messenger or message. 
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will be charged at 50% of the treatment. 
• Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed appointment time, you will also be charged and you may not be seen. Thanks for your cooperation. 
• If any fees are not paid, you will be unable to book any further appointments

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive with clean, polish-free nails. All false nails must be removed prior to the appointment.

**If you wish to add on false nail removal or nail polish removal, there will be an additional fee for this due to the time and products required. I will also need notice for this to allow for the additional time slot **

• If you have any contagious skin conditions, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
• Please follow the aftercare instructions provided by our technician.

4. Age Restrictions

• Nail extensions are available for clients aged 16 and above.
• Clients under 18 require parental consent.

5. Payment and Pricing

• Payments are bank transfer only 
• The price will be agreed with Bespoke Beauty prior to the treatment 
• Any distance travelled will have an agreed fee to pay by the client.

6. Health and Safety

• We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.
• If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance. 
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• Nail services carry inherent risks.
• Clients assume responsibility for any issues related to the service.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

• Client information remains confidential.
• We do not share personal details without consent.

9. License and Qualifications

• Our technician holds a valid professional qualification in acrylic/ gel polish. 

10. Legal Compliance

• We adhere to local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Our home-based business operates adhering to local policies.
